Divergent and Convergent Thinking in Flag Football Strategy Planning for Fourth Grade Students

The purpose of this study was to conduct a lesson unit for fourth graders focusing on divergent and convergent thinking in flag football strategy planning, analyze changes the students’ planning before after unit. participants were 64 fourth-grade students. We conducted paper-based strategies test consisting eight physical education (PE) classes. During first half unit, we set goals students present their ideas plan various strategies, during second half, provided specialized instructions selecting modifying effective strategies. analyzed from perspectives i.e., number concreteness plans, appropriateness plans.
